One beautiful summer's morning, Scruffy, a mixed-breed dog of humble means, happily floats along in his precious coracle, the little boat that he made himself. While he glides along appreciating his natural surroundings and friendships, Scruffy crosses paths with three people whose lives he changes for the better.  But how?
